We currently offer two forms of COVID-19 testing to patients. Both tests begin with an in-person provider visit.
1. Diagnostic tests: Will tell those who are sick or who have been exposed whether they have an active COVID-19 infection.
Molecular/PCR test: For asymptomatic and symptomatic patients.
Rapid Antigen test: Recommended for symptomatic patients.
2. Antibody test: Determines if you’ve had prior exposure to COVID-19 and have built an antibody for the virus.
Is my COVID-19 test and visit covered by insurance?
We're here to simplify pricing and visit costs of your COVID-19 test.
PCR and Antibody Tests:
Most health insurance plans are covering the PCR and Antibody testing. However this is not a guarantee that insurance will cover your visit and test costs. So please confirm with your insurance company to check if your test will be covered.
Rapid Antigen Tests:
All insurance plans may not cover the Rapid Antigen COVID-19 test.

Yes. If the provider believes the COVID-19 test is appropriate for you after your visit, we will perform a physical evaluation, conduct the collection in the clinic, and send the specimen to either North West Labs, Quest or St.Joe's Labs depending on your insurance.
We offer diagnostic and antibody tests for COVID-19. The Molecular/PCR test and the Rapid Antigen tests are the
diagnostic test. We also offer the antibody test to determine if you've had a previous COVID-19 infection.
We do offer walk-in COVID-19 testing. However, you could book ahead and skip the waiting for your COVID-19 test.
Our average turn-around time for the Molecular/PCR is between 24-48 hours. However, when the demand is high the results could take up to 72 hours. We're doing everything we can to mitigate delays. We will let you know if there is a change in the turnaround time.
The Antigen/Rapid test results are available within the hour and the Antibody test results between 48-72 hours.
Our clinical staff will walk you through the next steps. Depending on your symptoms, you might be advised to go to the emergency room or self-quarantine at home.
We work in collaboration with our lab partner, North West labs to inform the Washtenaw County Health Department and Michigan State's Health Department (MDDHS) on any patient or employee testing positive for COVID-19.
